Richard Azani, Ph.D.

Richard Azani PhD. has served as the President & CEO of Alison Pharma in Montreal since its inception in 2003. His executive resume in the pharmaceutical industry stretches back more than 15 years when he became the VP of Production at ACP Chemicals, a major Canadian raw-material and in-process chemicals manufacturer and distributor.

Mr. Azani has since served as VP of Analex Laboratory, specializing in pharmaceutical, food, and environmental testing, and President & CEO of Actilab Pharma, Inc., prior to his position with VNP.

Mr. Azani holds a PhD. from the University of Toulouse (France) and has completed post-doctoral work at McGill University in Montreal.
